Betcha Didn't know that I finally got a hair cut Saturday after ONE. YEAR. SCISSOR. FREE.

Betcha Didn't Know that I woke up at 4:00 this morning after a bad dream and couldn't go back to sleep!

Betcha Didn't Know that I checked the school closings one last time at 5:30 am, saw that R County was still open, and started getting ready.

Betcha Didn't Know that I used a small curling iron to curl every hair on my head (I never really fix my hair for work!), put in contacts, did a good makeup job when Michael hollered from the living room to say that R County schools were closed!

Betcha Didn't Know that I was literally in tears.

Betcha Didn't Know that I tried to convince my husband (who had just worked a 12 hour night shift) to take me somewhere at 6:30 in the morning because I was all dolled up, and I don't get all dolled up for just anything.

Betcha Didn't Know he was gonna take me for breakfast but I changed my mind and decided on a Little House episode and sleep instead. (He compromised with popcorn.)

Happy Valentine's Day

Since Valentine's Day falls on a Sunday, Michael and I celebrated tonight. We had a great time together. He's working nights this month so I don't see him much through the week. I live for weekends now more than ever.

We enjoyed a nice dinner at Aubrey's (so yummy!). He bought me two more charms for my Pandora bracelet (so spoiled!), turtles and Reese's cups (good bye diet.) While we were out I ended up getting some books and a new outfit. Undoubtedly the best part of tonight was spending time with my love
